πŸ“… Hours, Drop-Offs, & Bookings

❓ What are your standard drop-off and pick-up hours?

  • Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

❓ How does your boarding checkout and billing system work?

  • Our standard checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
  • If you pick up your pet before 10:00 a.m., you will not be charged for that day. Departures after 10:00 a.m. incur a full day’s boarding charge to cover ongoing care and cleaning.

❓ Are you open for arrivals and departures on holidays?

  • Modified Hours (4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Pick-Up Only): New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
  • Closed for Lobby Services: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. No drop-offs or pick-ups are permitted on these three days while our staff focuses on caring for our guests.

🏨 Overnight Boarding (Dogs & Cats)

❓ What should I pack for my pet's boarding stay?

  • Food: We provide premium Diamond Naturals dry food (Salmon & Potato for dogs, Chicken for cats). However, if your pet is on a specific diet or has a sensitive stomach, please pack their regular food from home in labeled containers.
  • Medications: Bring any required medications in their original veterinary bottles with clear dosing instructions.
  • What to leave at home: Please leave bedding, blankets, and bowls at home. We provide luxury, raised Kuranda beds for all dogs and cozy bedding for cats to keep our facility sanitary.

❓ How often are dogs walked during their stay?

  • Standard dog boarding includes three complimentary leash walks every single day: morning (approx. 7:00 a.m.), midday (10:00 a.m. – Noon), and evening (4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.).
  • Additional exercise walks can be added to your pup's package for $5 per walk.

❓ Do cats get a view or interact with dogs?

  • Not at all. Our feline guests relax in a completely separate, quiet cat room away from dog noise.
  • Our spacious cat condos overlook a large picture window facing our outdoor garden. Plus, modular portholes allow us to expand individual condos into double suites so your cat has extra room to play.

🧼 Professional Grooming

❓ How much does professional grooming cost?

  • Our standard professional grooming services start at $69.
  • Final pricing varies based on the package you choose (Bath, Tidy-Up Trim, or Full Haircut) as well as your pet's size, coat density, age, temperament, and coat condition (such as matting).

❓ How often should my dog be groomed?

  • For long-haired or curly breeds (like Poodles, Doodles, and Shih Tzus), we recommend booking a professional appointment every 4 to 10 weeks.
  • Please Note: Keeping an inconsistent schedule (waiting 13+ weeks between appointments) causes severe coat labor and will result in an additional service charge.

❓ Can my dog be groomed while they are boarding or at daycare?

  • Yes! We love sending your pet home fresh and clean. If your dog stays with us for three days or more, they receive a FREE departure bath.
  • If you would like to upgrade that to a Tidy-Up Trim or a Full Haircut during their boarding or daycare stay, just let our team know when booking!

❓ What are the vaccination requirements for daycare and boarding?

To ensure a safe environment for all pets, we strictly require proof of the following up-to-date medical clearances prior to check-in:
  • Dogs: Rabies, Distemper (including Leptospirosis), Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. We also require a negative intestinal parasite (fecal) exam within the past year.
  • Cats: Rabies and Distemper.

❓ Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?

  • For overnight boarding, pets do not have to be altered.
  • However, for Doggie Daycare group play, all dogs must be spayed or neutered once they reach 7 months of age.

❓ How do you ensure dogs play safely together?

  • Every dog must pass a personalized temperament and play-style evaluation before joining daycare.
  • We separate our playgroups based on personality and sizeβ€”ensuring high-energy roughhousers play together, while gentle or older pups enjoy a relaxed pace.
  • Our groups are entirely supervised all day long by trained dog lovers who specialize in reading canine body language.

❓ What do you sell in your retail store?

  • Our on-site retail store stocks premium pet food brands (including Diamond Naturals bags), high-quality toys, durable leashes, treats, and essential pet care supplies. It’s perfect for grabbing a bag of food at pick-up!

❓ What happens if my pet needs medical attention while staying with you?

  • We share a campus with Runaway Farm Pet Hospital. If your pet ever requires medical attention, their veterinary team is steps away.
  • You can also schedule routine veterinary servicesβ€”like a spay/neuter surgery, professional dental cleaning, or booster vaccinationsβ€”to take place conveniently during your pet's boarding stay!
